I would first like to thank you for your order, we do appreciate your business. We also appreciate and understand that delayed deliveries can be frustrating and stressful, so we always do our best to ship orders as quickly and as accurately as possible. Once we have sent them out however we do not have control of your package or more information than what is available to you at Do to current unique situations happening on the world seen at present we are sorry that some packages do not appear to be moving and as can happen even during normal times some packages can unfortunately be misrouted. Another thing to remember is USPS Tracking is not always 100% accurate, both issues have occurred more frequently at present. Most likely your package is in motion though not being accurately tracked, best thing I can suggest is to sign up for Email Updates with your tracking number (available in the email sent to you when your order shipped) on We will consider resending your order only after 10 business days (not counting holidays) have passed for 1st Class & Priority Mails packages and 5 business days for Priority Mail Express packages (not counting holidays.)

We are sorry if your package seems to be delayed but unfortunately as already expressed it is beyond our control. To help minimize your stress I do recommend that you keep more supplies on hand than usual particularly of your more popular items to reduce the possibility of running out should your order be delayed during shipment.

We take your order very seriously and ship most orders within 24 hrs. of receipt. Upgrading to Express Mail is highly recommended, typically 3-10 BUSINESS days delivery time. 1st Class & Priority Mail is typically 2-3 weeks delivery time and can be as long as 6 weeks. Tracking information at or will only show when the item was accepted at the Post Office and when "Processed through Sort Facility" which means that it has left the US, at that point no further information will be available. You may try the customs/tracking number at your postal service website :)


OPTION 1. Insurance claims: We can file a claim with the US Postal Service once the time they require from the time the package was accepted has passed. Please be advised that processing is slow and can take several weeks. Once we receive the insurance claim payment we will resend your order at no additional cost to you.

OPTION 2. You may wish to place a new order: If the original package does finally arrive, you may write REFUSED on it and give it to your mail carrier and it will be returned to us at no cost to you. Once we receive the package back we will quickly refund the amount of the delayed/lost order.
