RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Returns/exchanges do not apply to custom made items and are considered on a case by case basis and are not accepted after 14 days of purchase. Blanks that have been stamped, had the protective film removed or are damaged in anyway may not be returned. I list my items as accurately as possible and provide information on stamping stainless steel, please become informed before making a purchase.
I do stand behind my products if they are defective - however if you have simply changed your mind you need to discuss this with me. We reserve the right to issue refunds solely at our discretion. Items returned to me without prior authorization and/or without contact information clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. Exchanges will be for the full original purchase price excluding all shipping costs. Allowed refunds will be for the original purchase price excluding all shipping costs and will incur a 25% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on any items that are damaged, have had the protective film removed or custom items.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE US:
Please refer to your local Customs office for any possible Duty Fees that may be imposed on imported products.
We take your order very seriously and ship most orders within 24 hrs. of receipt. Upgrading to Express Mail is highly recommended, typically 3-10 BUSINESS days delivery time. 1st Class & Priority Mail is typically 2-3 weeks delivery time and can be as long as 6 weeks. Tracking information at Stamps.com or usps.com will only show when the item was accepted at the Post Office and when "Processed through Sort Facility" which means that it has left the US, at that point no further information will be available. You may try the customs/tracking number at your postal service website :)
IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE:
OPTION 1. Insurance claims: We can file a claim with the US Postal Service once the time they require from the time the package was accepted has passed. Please be advised that processing is slow and can take several weeks. Once we receive the insurance claim payment we will resend your order at no additional cost to you.
OPTION 2. You may wish to place a new order: If the original package does finally arrive, you may write REFUSED on it and give it to your mail carrier and it will be returned to us at no cost to you. Once we receive the package back we will quickly refund the amount of the delayed/lost order.
